[Underdark] Enslavement rings

can a character with spell-like abilities take the Forge Ring Feat ?

And so create the magic item : Enslavement rings ?

Is the domination automatic ? no save ?

Jun 06, 2008 16:15:09 		3e it depends on caster level... though it would probably be more up to the DM as to whether a SLA could be used or not. As to save or no save, I'd give it a save if the SLA/spell allowed one.
