Vargo the Faceless - any stats/descriptions?

Does any gameplay source have details/stats/etc for this person other than what the 4E campaign guide states of him and the death knight leader of the Cult of the Dragon (at the Fortress in the Caldera...forgot name).

Jun 16, 2009 7:33:27 		Assuming that's Vargo Kent of the Well Of Dragons wing of the Cult Of The Dragon, then Champions Of Ruin (3.5e) has him as a Half Black Dragon Human Evoker 16, with a black dragon cohort.

EDIT: With black dragon- and acid- themed spells.
