Jul 13, 2008 20:54:46 What was the status of the Night Masks as of 1374? As far as I know they had been broken up or at least weakened enough to be unable to have the kind of control that they had previously.

I'm drawing a big blank right now even though I am sure that I have seen the answer to this somewhere but I can't seem to find it any longer.

why do you say that? I thought the vampires had as much control as ever even with the presence of the Tyrran monks

Jul 14, 2008 0:41:16 If not more... struck me that they were definitely on a very quiet and subtle upswing. Lords of Darkness and Cloak and Dagger certainly left me with that impression anyway...

Jul 14, 2008 2:07:21 All I can say is that the initial Dragon Coast adventures for the Living Forgotten Realms campaign are set in Westgate. I can't say if they necessarily involve the Night Masks. They are titled;

DRAG1-1 Many Hands Make Light Work
DRAG1-2 The Thin Gray Line

The third adventure that is tentatively scheduled will wrap up the mini plot arc, if anyone is interested.

I imagine that 100 years down the line, Orbahk/Manshoon has the entire city wrapped around his little finger about 32 times over.

-Being as that there are Living Forgotten Realms set in Westgate, I think this kind of nullifies that idea. Although, maybe not. It could be an Underdark city now...
