What if the Blight came to Faerun?

For those who have played Dragon Age Origins, how would the Forgotten Realms have handled the Darkspawn?

Would it have spread of gotten as big as it is. In that would the first Blight have ever arisen? With the Underdark races have lost as many conflicts with the Darkspawn until only a few small cities were left for each of the inhabitants?

What nations would likely fall if any blight ever made it to the surface?

Assuming a spell could do the one thing only a Grey Warden can.

Dec 15, 2009 15:10:04 -All in all, I would imagine something very much like the Crusade against the Tuigan. Many nations would pragmatically band together after realizing the severity of a massive horde of pseudo-Undead tainted creatures rampaging with the backing of a Dragon/Demon.
