#4 Plaguescarred1 Mar 22, 2012 3:44:25	One of the main reasons is because of Spiked Chain Training, turning this Reach Flail weapon into a   Double Weapon from the Light Blade Group, which has the best Feat support overall. Spiked Chain Training: You gain proficiency with the spiked chain. You can treat the spiked chain as a double weapon. As a double weapon, each end of the spiked chain is a light blade and deals 2d4 damage. The primary end gains the stout property, and the secondary end gains the off-hand property.

Nor was I, I was just thinking about the place where you would get the best, and most informative, answer for your question. If it is for 3.5 then maybe the Previous Editions : Equipment, Skills, and Feats forum would be best?
