Update them for what?

Are they talking about errata, or are they updating them for 4e?

In either case, I can't understand why they would do that.

They were released with the "Get More at D&D Insider" label on them. So I guess they finally got to them.

Ahhhh... I see... it was a legal issue.

That makes sense now.

Why are they going to update only one of the Super FR Adventures and the last one at that.
Oh, snap! Thats the one with all of the Shades in it.

Now we know why they didn't put any real lore out that last year. They didn't want to update it. :embarrass

One good side to this: WotC is releasing pre-Spellplague Forgotten Realms material, with the Anauroch piece. Granted, it's just a 4e update to an adventure that probably leads into that Spellplague, but it's a start. Pity it's on DDI though.

I would rather have them re-release the 3rd Edition FRCS for 4th Edition. :D

Eberron will have 5 books for 4th Edition.

So, why dont they update the other 2 books of the Adventures to 4th Edition?
Quote is from this thread.;)

Ummm... "Update" does not mean a published book. It more than likely means "login in to DDi and get your free* pdf update!"

*free to DDi members

Yeah, I'm thinking these will be more along the lines of Web-Enhancements, which usually amount to nothing more then material that was cut from the product in the first place for space considerations (read: page counts).

If that is what it is, and it is free for everyone who has already paid for those products, then I think this is a great thing that WotC is doing.

Otherwise... not so much....
