Having decided to do this, as well as stitching the PDFs together into one document to make them easier to handle, I thought I might as well share the work.
Currently it's the "Perilous Gateways" series by numerous authors, here, from 2001 to 2004.

It's in the order they appear on the website, and as the PDFs appear when using the download function. The only alterations are that I added bookmarks for each article and deleted pages that only contained "about the author", copyright or small print to save space, though I saved the final examples.
This is all freely available from the Wizards Of The Coast website, so I hope this is all a-okay.

I don't know Polyhedron (predecessor of Dragon or Dungeon, right?). But AFAIK, the Border Kingdoms were originally intended to be a blank region, free for DMs and PCs to do with as they will. But then, so was Sembia and Erkalzar. Such things never lasted, though BK went largely untouched for a surprisingly long time.

I don't know, we got 50-60 of these from an old group, there's about 30 articles on the Border Kingdoms, some overlap with the web stuff, some are different.
I'm glad these regions didn't stay blank.
A game-setting isn't worth a damn if it doesn't give the DM room to add his own material.
But then again... FR hasn't been a game-setting (first) in quite some time...
Most Border inhabitants probably don't put too much effort getting acquainted with their local leaders/kings/barons/Most High Poof/Sublime Whatchamacallit. Chances are, in a few years/months/days/minutes someone else will come along to slay/drive away the current one and replace him/her/it.
The Border Kingdoms is just the dumping grounds for those nutcase adventurers with

Great minds think alike, I had been thinking of that one. But gah! So many articles, and then extra pages, and maps in jpegs. This is going to take work. I have Voices Of The Lost saved, I'll slowly get through the rest.
For these old pieces, I have to get the printer friendly version, then print it as a PDF, then use Adobe Professional to lump them together, and I hope I can do the same with jpegs (because I don't want a bunch of stray files), then edit and add bookmarks. Then upload.
And I recommend YouSendIt for all your large file transfer needs.
I was condidering doing the portals articles myself, because I reference them often, but they are quite... large. The only one I have actually put together as you have is the non-FR Faerie series of articles.

It'll take a while. In the meantime, I'll re-release Class Chronicles, Border Kingdoms and Wyrms Of The North. As each one expires, I'll do another, or maybe find a smaller piece to do.
Feel free to move onto something else, if you'd like BCM.
