| #1dio1632Sep 29, 2008 23:43:17 | Just starting a new FR campaign in 4E, with a brand new GM. I am playing. Anyhow, the books are all very vague and mysterious about: 1: What happened to Zakhara after Spellplague? 2: Anything about refugee communities after spellplage? I have a tentative character history which keeps it vague, but would appreciate others' reflections on this. Relevent assumptions: Yusif is one of the fortunate few from Zakhara, as his great-grandfather happened to be out of the country (on a merchant vessel traveling the Sea of Fallen Stars) when Zakhara was overrun by Spellplague. Since then the family has lived in the "Little Zakhara" neighborhood of Marsember Cormyr -- practicing their traditions and religion in the "city of spices." The character has the (essentially useless) Midani language as his second language. And has the Cormyr benefit of +2 to insight checks and saves vs fear. |

With Psionics. ![]() I call it Athas-Qadim. ![]() And, of course, a 'Tomb-Kings' style empire (Warhammer) in the Haunted Lands. |
