Dungeon's Christmas gift to us is posted!

It's a free holiday-themed Gamma World adventure! I'm about to start reading it now. Whee!

Initial thoughts:

I'm kind of disappointed that it's a level 10 (or thereabouts) adventure.

I'm kind of disappointed that it requires Famine in Far-Go to play (even though I have FiFG).

Yeah, I'm the kind of kid who complained when batteries weren't included with my toys!

It's too bad the maps link isn't live yet. I'd love to see some more of the Roborally tiles.

The maps are live, just linked incorrectly. The correct link is here.

A good rule of thumb when a download doesn't work is to replace the file extension in the address window with other common file extensions such as pdf, zip, doc, etc.

This is brilliant.  Tons of pop culture references including Time Bandits

This adventure is a pretty great read, although at only 2 (possibly 3) encounters, it's a little short. Coming up with a few extra factory floor encounters shouldn't be too difficult, though. Just stick to robots and the like, with maybe a few technologically re-animated dead bodies with pointy ears and jingle-bell hats. Laughing

The best part of this adventure, though, is the rules for generating random misfit Omega tech. Definitely a winning idea!

Agreed

Well, I do like the fact that is uses a Famine in Far-Go map. Plus, by the time a group reached 10th level, I'd imagine that they'd already picked up Famine in Far-Go.

Also, using Robo-Rally boards as GW maps was a nice touch.
