| #1hawkeJan 28, 2011 17:07:57 | Just picked up the core set and when looking through trying to setup for an adventure tomorrow I noticed that GW monsters are not in the compendium. The FAQ didn't say anything about this, but does anyone know if WotC was planning on ever including them? As awesome as this game looks, future purchases might be contingent on that. I'm already paying monthly for a service I enjoy using for my 4E games, might as well take advantage of it even if there was a checkbox to include or not include GW content for those not interested (though, really, there's some cool Dark Sun overlap or maybe Steampunk overlap that I can see here). |

Although I love both games, I do not want my GW players thiking they can have access to non-GW material simply because the GW box says "D&D Gamma World". Nor do I want any of my 4e players thinking they can have access to anything from GW. Integrating the GW material into the D&D Compendium (or other digital tools) is a recipe for disaster, in my rarely humble opinion. |

Not that I think it will ever happen... |
