I really like DMTools for iOS, so I've put the encounters and monsters from the Gamma World starter set rules into XML files for importing into the tool. I've made them available on github: github.com/targeter/DMTools-data You can use the import function in DMTools to load either the monsters or the encounters, or you can create your own party.xml file and use the XSLT stylesheet to combine them in 1 big file (I've put my own party.xml on a branch as an example). I'll add a script later to automate that process. Feedback and pull requests welcome!
