While I can't entirely speak for Jim on this, I can say that I've had some conversations with him on the topic via e-mail and message boards. Jim still has the rights to Metamorphosis Alpha but doesn't own the rights to Gamma World, so in general he tends to focus on "his baby" (MA) and doesn't spend much time thinking about Gamma World or paying much attention to what Gamma World has become. He doesn't like to discuss GW on the boards, but I think he would enjoy the new edition. It seems to fit his sense of humor quite well..... |
