Dec 23, 2010 8:30:52 Anyone know if there are Gamma world rule book PDF's for sale? I remember at one time wizards was going include PDF's with all there material. Just wondering I own everything so far and would love a index and searchable PDF

Dec 23, 2010 9:25:30 Wizards of the Coast stopped providing official pdfs of their products (their commercial ventures) after PHB2 I think. The piracy of the PDFs was too high if I recall.

So I don't think you'll find an official PDF version of the books.

Granted, I would love to have the books electronically available to an iPad or other tablet/mobile device. That would make gaming so much easier...*sigh*

Dec 23, 2010 11:24:42 There are not official PDF versions of any Gamma World materials. There are, however, unofficial versions that can be obtained through certain channels.

Keep in mind that the legality of using a .pdf version of a book like this is murky. The general consensus is that under fair use doctrine, you are permitted to possess a limited number of copies of a work you own for personal use. It's still debatable whether this applies to electronic copies of physical books. So there is a limited legal risk involved with obtaining a .pdf copy of Gamma World.
