I couldn't find a character sheet out there that really met my needs, so I created my own.  You can find it here.

Some features:
• Dedicated area for triggered actions, because they seem to be easy to forget
• Attacks matrix designed for powers and weapon attacks
• Powers Tracker to keep track of what you gained and when
• Designed for use on a clipboard
• Omega Tech Tracker to keep track of Omega Tech Cards between sessions

• UPDATED: Two additional slots for attacks in the Attacks Matrix; link above updated to new file.

Suggestions and corrections are welcome.

I had my first chance to use the sheet this weekend. Loved it. Only request I would make is to expand the attacks section to allow for additional attacks. I find that even at level 3 a character could have much more than 5 attack options between powers, weapons and salvage.

Thanks for the awesome sheet.

First off, thanks to everyone for all the praise.

Delphmonk: Love to hear that it was a useful sheet in actual play.  I struggled with how many lines of attacks to use, trying to add up what an average character would need.  For my own campaign, I handed out photocopies of the Origin pages from the rulebooks, so that players would always have access to their powers.  Thus, the attacks box was intended for use with, at most, At-Will powers, weapon attacks, and perhaps a salvaged Omega Tech item or two.

I really wanted to include the Triggered Actions section, since my players (GW and D&D) always seem to forget their triggered actions, and it seemed like a good idea to keep them front and center.

I had to be careful about how tall each row of the Attack Matrix was to allow for people with bigger writing; do you think they're too big? I could try and squeeze in an additional line or two by reducing the height of the rows in both the Attacks and the Triggered Actions matrices.

I'll see what I can do.

I was able to squeeze in two additional lines in the Attacks Matrix; I hope that will help out.
