So, what Origins would you assign to her?

Until Legion comes out (which apparently has a tentacle based origin) I'd got with Radioactive and Plastic.

Maybe she simply drew Sanity Check from the Paizo GameMastery series Plot Twist Deck.

Also, Barry Ween = win.

I just assumed she had drawn the "Tentacles" Alpha mutation.

I think she rolled the Hentai origin.

Doesn't the Famine in Fargo have a tentacle origin.  The cover makes me suspect that they wrote the rules in thier entirety then divdied inot three parts.  It's just speculation.

I think i remember reading or hearing in a podcast that when they sat down to design the game, they whipped up something like 40 plus origins.

That wouldn't suprise me at all. The format makes it really easy to make new ones - we've got 40 in the community list now, and rising. Amusingly, all 3 of the listed Legion of Gold ones that were mentioned (Demonic, Vampiric, and Octopoid), have an equivalent in the homebrew compilation (Which I highly encourage everyone to take a look at)
