They then discovered agents of the Created operating out of an ancient vault facility who had created parasitic robots to animate organic corpses to use them to kill their former friends. They destroyed the AI running the facility and are now beginning to explore the vault expanses. The Knights of Genetic Purity are probably pretty mad about losing one of their Knights and the UFO crash site. So they're probably going to plan a raid on the nearest mutie-town in retaliation. I imagine the group will come back to town to find it pretty badly damaged and lots of mutants killed. The PC know generally where the Knights have their base, maybe they'll take revenge for the revenge. The AI that was running it's facility lost it's network connection with the next closest Created facility, so they will also probably come investigate the reason for the communication failure. |

That turned out to be a worldline where Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth. But, they were kinda pleasant, vegetarian dinosaurs (except for the one allosaurus that tried to eat their mini-tank). The nicer, sentient dinos sent the party on their way after chatting over tea, and warned them not to pass through any 'viels' (weird glowy mists that took you to other worldlines). With one exception, the party decided they wanted to try to 'get home' and jumped through the first viel they found. (There is a Yeti happily living with the dinos). That brought them back to Gamma Terra, but to an area I was more familiar with. ;) The party explored a ruined valley where sharks swam through the earth, ran afoul of a number of readioactive critters, and finally ended up being forcefully converted to Radioactivism (that's a Cryptic Alliance), and sent to explore an old nuclear power plant. After several encounters - and bypassing a couple - they've just gotten into the plant, and have found two interesting things: It's still sending juice to something off to the north. And, it's not a normal 21st century nuclear power plant on the inside... |

But two of the characters pretty much run the group with their Ranks of the Fit fascism. Love it how they hand out Tri-Fold hats for joining the Empire. Hopefully I can kill of some PCs and throw in some new Cryptic Alliances into the group. |
