are there elephants in th Flanaess or used in any army?

I couldn't find any mention of them. If they existed, I'd imagine it'd be in the Amedio Jungle or Hephamonaland (sp).

The closest thing I could find is in the original box set that shows the distribution of materials, with ivory being one of the ones shown. However, there is no mention if it is elephant ivory or if the nations in those areas use elephants in their armies.

As I recall one of the adventure modules set in Hephamonaland back in 1st edition had elephants.

Feb 16, 2011 19:30:19 I've never seen elephants listed as part of any armies, but they do exist in the Flaeness. There's an evil halfling listed in the published material, who agreed to work with some other villain if he got an elephant. They got him an elephant... Figurine of Wonderous Power- Marble Elephant. Most armies don't use them though, or only in small numbers, not enough to list in the material. Oh, and the Frost Giants riding Mammoths someone else posted, that was an illusion created by the real villains.
