D&D Animated Series Campaign Setting?

Oct 16, 2011 8:44:30 In 1983 began a D&D Animated Series.

Does anyone know what campaign setting it took place within? If it took place in any that is. I suspect Greyhawk, but I know little to nothing about Greyhawk so I don't know.

Oct 16, 2011 17:03:45 I think it was just "The Realm" (not "the Realms" as in The Forgotten Realms). It wasn't Oerth.

I believe it also has game world details and/or an adventure. Just do a search for it on Google. You should see both the DVD and a Wiki for the fans.

The Dungeons and Dragons Animated Series DVD boxed set has either 3rd Edition or 3.5 stats and background for the major characters. I believe it also has game world details and/or an adventure. Just do a search for it on Google. You should see both the DVD and a Wiki for the fans.

Yay, I have it.

I don't remember seeing game-world details. Though I've just the source book.

The unreleased final episode is *amazing*! My favorite by far. Although the Dragon's Graveyard is excellent also.

Seems like you want a complete map or history of the animated series world. The map in the mini campaign book give a general layout. But based on the suggestion that it is comprised of pieces of other worlds, then how the are laid out is good enough. An glacier near a volcano, sure! It is a fantasy world.
