Hi folks,   I was wondering if someone could tell me what the difference between the regular D&D Gazetteer and the limited edition RPGA version is. I know that the regular D&D Gazetteer is a condensed version of the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer. Is there anything different content-wise about the RPGA version of the D&D Gazetteer, or is it just special by virtue of being a limited release? Is there any reason to get it over the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, or should I stick with the latter?   Thanks in advance, Jonathan
