| #1GreysonMay 21, 2008 23:14:08 | Okay, since Wizards of the Coast is unwilling to manage a simple forum for singular settings, let's try this. Here are a few of the threads we've used over the years. I suggest that Greyhawk posters (if any stay on Gleemax) use a [GH] designation at the beginning of his or her post. Sad that we have to do that, but each setting user will probably appreciate an effort to visually see which post a setting is about. Let's save as much needless mouse clicks as possible. Greyhawk users, add to this list with your own post and perhaps we can keep some identity among the 500 plus pages of posts that got merged together. I suggest other settings try the same thing, lest your content get lost in the shuffle. Here is the GH FAQ we started, but no WizO ever gave us the time of day to properly finish: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=286663 Mortellan's latest W.O.G. Webcomic thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1032085 And, his Webcomic 3.0 thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=906581 If Wizards of the Coast has entirely alienated you with this Gleemax stunt, I suggest Canonfire! as an alternative. If not, keep making your Greyhawk posts here, and let's hope someone with some brains at Gleemax unravels this mess. Happy gaming, and good luck to all players and DMs faithful to all settings out there. |

| #3gamer_zer0May 22, 2008 0:42:28 | If folks want to pull together a sticky information thread for any (or all) published worlds, I'll be happy to make sure it stays at the top of the forum. |
| #4mortellanMay 22, 2008 1:42:51 | I don't know if we could make a new one up, but I found the GH FAQ sticky we had formerly is still active(and alone) in the Legacy forum (?) |

How about grabbing all the stickied threads from the old campaign world forums and copying them to here? (Then we can scroll down to page 2 to reach teh new posts). |
| #6Brom_BlackforgeMay 22, 2008 14:42:56 | How about grabbing all the stickied threads from the old campaign world forums and copying them to here? If there are that many FAQs - and considering the number of settings involved, there might well be - then I would love to see a separate sub-forum for all of the FAQs so that we don't have to scroll past a full page of them to get to the new threads. I doubt the FAQ sub-forum would meet the 25-posts-per-day threshold, but hopefully it would be deemed sufficiently worthly to be created anyway. |
| #7extempusMay 27, 2008 23:54:39 | The [GH] designation is a good idea... but, I noticed that over the last several months, the Greyhawk section had pretty much died (at least in the Other Worlds forum). I'm still interested in posting here, I'm just wondering what happened to all the other Greyhawk peeps... |

An alternative could be to have one sticky per setting that contains links to important threads. We had one such sticky on the Mystara board and was very useful. |
