Gooday all Just thought i'd share some of the homebrew/house notes I use for Greyhawk Campaigns... Animals - Certain animals can sense creatures auras and sense dimensional anomalies. They can sense dimensional pockets or creatures about to teleport in or out of their region. They can get a general idea of your intent and nature. Bear, Boar, Cat, Horse, Jackal, Otter, Owl, Raven, Salmon, Snake, Stag & Wolf. Natural Things I like to give a more earthy supernatural feel to magic and monsters so... Supernatural Lore – Anyone with Knowledge Arcana or Nature (TN15) will know the following. • Agate; Reddish gem-+2 to Saving Throws vs Fear • Athame – +20% range and duration of the next three spells, or one spell per ritual member. • Broom – Purify an area, +2 to Saving Throws vs evil magic until the next dusk or dawn. • Frankincense; Gum resin-Spread over entrances/exits will prevent Lycanthropes from entering the area until the next dawn or dusk. • Garlic; Herb-Vegetable-Wards against Undead 20ft • Iron Weapons – Double damage to Undead. • Jade; Hard lime stone-+1 HP/day healing while touching skin. • Mandrake; Narcotic plant-Increase fertility. • Onyx; Gem-+2 to Saving Throws vs Mind/Sleep & Charm • Saffron; Flower-+2 vs Surprise while fresh • Salt – Spread over entrances/exits will prevent fiends from entering the area until the next dawn or dusk. • Silver Weapons – Double damage to Lycanthropes. • Tourmaline; Gem-+1 to Initiative if placed on skin.
