3. Cattegrn. Helm's Deep blended together with an elven/eldarin crafted tree village, capped with a plateu-topping section of town built by dwarves, and under which lies a subterranean section. Uptown, Midtown, and Downtown comprise the 3 elements of the town. (inspiration for Downtown came from M4kitsu's post on page 1 of the "New Points of Light" thread).

4. Oggaliss. Coastal capitol of the Shaarga Empire-- an empire dominated equally by giantish, goblinoid, and humanoid races, and ruled by a half-orc Empress named Manghild (cross Genghis Khan with a Bane-worshipping, 'roid abusing Joan of Arc, and add that she's just conquered 1/3 of the known world).

5. Hakluun. Second City of Shaarga. The city boasts a population of 20,000, and sits at the center of the Offa Basin, surrounded above ground by rocky wastelands. A trade hub midway between Oggaliss and Tun'r, Hakluun also has tremendous value because of its extensive iron mines, and because portions of it sit above a subterranean cavern through which an underground river flows. The quarries and mines are manned almost entirely by slaves... these slaves constitute about 65% of Hakluun's population.

6) Ban'Dor, City of Druids. Population: 30,000
Approximately 25,000 people of many different origins live under the boughs or within the the heartwood of this 13 mile high tree-city. The trunk itself is only 8 miles high, with 13 levels within and a great road 100 feet wide rising at an incline to spiral all the way to the top of these 13 levels. There are also simple elevators, both hand operated and magical, and teleportation circles for things to cumbersome to move in any other way. Though it is called the City of Druids, people of many backgrounds live within the city's "walls". Atop the trunk is Tyr-Ban'Dor, also called true Ban'Dor. It is considered a town in its own right, and is the seat of the city of Buan'Duir. Only druids who follow the path of the ancient dryad Ban'Dor are allowed within Tyr-Ban'Dor. Here is where the cities lawmakers and councils hold congress as well as being the home of most of the orders highest and most important druids.
