[3.5] Attuned One class

Unlike wizards and sorcerers who manipulate energies from many different planes, the most isolated cultures of the realm developed Adept-esque mages obsessed with the manipulation of a natural element of cultural significance, such as Night, or Water, or in this case, Fire.

D4 HD (perhaps D6 so that martial classes can make use of this)
4 skill points
Same key attribute as caster class used to meet prereqs

Requirements:
Able to cast 2nd level spells
Able to cast a spell that deals fire damage
8 ranks Spellcraft
8 ranks Knowledge (Arcana)

I really don't know about the balance or playability of this class.
