I am trying to decide whether the standard "Disease Immunity" or "Immune to Disease" ability applies literally to "all" diseases or just non-magical diseases. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Additional Details: I'm running a campaign in the Dragonlance setting, which, as you may know, includes Draconians (basically "dragon-men"). One of my players is running a draconian PC, and I'd like to setup a side adventure into the Draconian city of Teyr. A standard feature of each Draconian "race" is that they are immune to diseases. The description specifically says, "All diseases." However, I'm running an official adventure (Spectre of Sorrows) that includes a supernatural plague that affects any creature that is of the dragon type or subtype, or humanoid (reptilian) type; this would include draconians. The plague's description says it affects anyone not immune to magical diseases, and that immunity to non-magical diseases won't protect the person. Thoughts?

Go with your gut. My belief though is that Draconians are the product of magic of a very magical monster and thus should be immune to both magical and mundane diseases. But if this disease is ment to kill draconic creatures maybe the maker figured a way around the immunity. Could make for a cool plot hook becuase it might hit Teyr and the PCs might notice the abnomialy and are sent by dragons to investigate.
