This is not the first version of this class and has been changed for balance sake as per suggestions by Damien_Tor, Tony_Vargas and a couple of others from different sites. This is only the Heroic tier and I will be working on the Paragon tier as well as feats and the like very soon. Enjoy. Comments and constructive criticism encouraged.
