Back in 3.5 I had a table for crit hits and fumble where when 20/1 was rolled i would roll the old D100 to see a quite often devastating and brutal outcome for monsters or players. The fumble table was a love and hate at the table because it would always affect you or an ally. The table increased in severity with the lower numbers being a regular critical or a small penalty(trip/-1 to attack from hyper extension) and a roll of 100 was death or roll multiple times on the table.

So i was wondering if any of you have, or know of a table such as this for 4e, to save me from making one myself. Thanks.

I would never use one as it slows the game down usually and it could mess up the whole encounter. Since you seem to enjoy using one, let me ask why the 3.5 one is no longer usable? Unless it gave ability score damage or negative levels it should still be usable.
