Courage points can be used to overcome amazing things, such as rushing headlong into an overwhelming enemy force or charging at a dragon. A character gains an extra courage point every five levels, and every level up the courage points refresh. Courage points give characters a +10 on Will, Fear and Horror Saves. This effect lasts for four rounds +character level. Action Points: Action Points can be used to do super human things, such as dodge arrows, leap ten feet across a chasm, or keep holding onto a falling friend under great stress. A player must choose two of the following effects when he uses an action points: +10 Dexterity Bonus, +10 Strength Bonus, +10 on Fortitude Defense, or +10 on Athletics checks. The effect lasts for four rounds +character level {limit 11 rounds}. These point systems have some of my own homebrew rules already in it, such as Fear and Horror saves, so just go with it. ![]() |
