Is there any of the sort that are pretty accurate? I want a nice HQ map of the the 'points of light' setting overworld (just the mainland, with Fallcrest, Hammerfast, Winterhaven, etc.). Anyone know where I can find one?

I don't think there is one. There is a map of Nentir Vale in the DMG, but I think the rest of the world is ment to be filled in by you. I could be wrong though, I havn't done any searching.

At GenCon it was announced that an upcoming game will be providing more support for the complete world map of PoL core. I don't encourage waiting until that time, but you might find this interesting news.

There is a Gazetteer of the Nentir Vale to be published next year I think.  The map and writeup in the DMG imply that the Vale is surrounded by vast but not impassable wilderness.  This means that you can create other regions of your own and have them relate to adventures in the Vale without contradicting future official development of the the setting.

In my campaign, i expanded west of winterhaven and that mountain range. If you notice there is a road that road that leads southwest of winterhaven and goes off the map. I had that road lead to a coastal port town. I also added two more coastal towns in the area and some ruins of a fallen nerath fort that is parallel to the the keep on shadowfell. Basically I decided that the west coast of the continent was just off the western edge of the map and filled it out from there.

Some people worked on collecting and organizing the PoL information and collating it over at www.enworld.org.

This was part of their Wiki-project which seems to have died, though. You should be able to get some more information on their forums; the Enworlders are predominantly nice people. Smile
