If you don't know the game God of War (even a bit of Shadow of the Colossus idea), after so much damage you could go into this cinematic thing where if you hit the right buttons you'd do crazy things like the above, dodging his left hand smacking you while jumping onto the right hand and eventually scoring a hit on his eye or something. If you messed up, you got hit. Would there be any kind of skill challenge for something like this do you guys think? Should there be one? Any suggestions? |

Skill Challenge "Final Blow" Complexity 1 ---- 4 Success before 3 Failures Primary Skills: Athletic, Acrobatics, Nature Athletic(moderate DC): You jump onto the monster or throw your weight into a final strike. Acrobatics(moderate DC): You try to stick to the monster, without falling. The first failure in Acrobatics closes off this approach. Nature(moderate DC): You aim for the vital spot of the Monster. No more then 2 Success can be scored with Nature. Goal: The character finishes the Monster off. It breaks down and dies. Failure: The character underestimatet his chances. He is knocked prone and lose a healing surge. However, if you would repeat one and the same skill challenge over and over, it will become boring eventualy. If you want to do this i would keep it to Complexity 1 and prepare a new Skill challenge for each Solo Monster. |

Thievery - if it is wearing clothing/armor, this can be used to unbuckle the fasteners, slowing the creature's reaction more. |
