It is meant to be solo without any allies. The idea revolves around it being quick and slowing characters. The idea is to keep away from melee guys and chaotically hit about any character in the group.

Perhaps if you had it roll and then made its three initiatives a function of its check result? |

Does it make recharge rolls with each turn? Assuming you keep it moving I think it'll work out OK, although I can see it being more frustrating to fight then fun for the melee only crowd. |

Oops, I did not mention on the text how it looks like. It is ment to look like two balls connected together with a chain. So it's not ment to be a swarm.
It does make recharge rolls each turn. The idea is to keep it moving, but Lightning reflexes gives it only standard action on each turn. That is why it has those two powers that let it move around with standard actions.
One thing I am worrying about is that it would be too effective. The idea is to slow down opponents with basic attack and it's aura helps on that too. I am thinking of reducing the aura to aura 2 and maybe also reduce Dance of Balls to recharge with only 6. Any advices?
The other thing I am thinking of is about how long the battle would take. I am not really worried about melee guys. Players are such experienced that they have ranged weapons. I am thinking of increasing its damage and reducing its hit points to get the battle going faster...? |
