I thought it'd be a cool idea for a setting, but... I no longer have the book! And I can't remember, for the life of me, who the author was or the name of the book. All I can recall was the Ice Dragon was trying to cast a spell that'd cast the whole world in eternal winter. Any help would be appreciated!
