Breeds are not used (or apporiate races are chosen) Every auspice has two power progressions tied to it (based on D&D classes, like Rahu's gonna have barbarian and warlord) Each tribe has another power progression (something apporiate - barbarian for Wendigo, shaman for Uktena, rogue for Bonegnawers etc.) Everyone has access to beast form druid abilities to choose from and has wild shape power. So everyone creates a hybrid of his two classes (auspice and tribe) & has access to druid beast form powers to choose from when he gains a level or creates a character. Everyone chooses 4 at-wills (like human druid) and at least one of them should be beast form. There are special powers based on 4 forms (Gauru, Dalu, Urshul & Urhan), which give ability to use wild form differently. Like giving bonuses to Intimidate, to speed and so on. Rituals could also be divided into general, auspice and tribal. There should be a Rite of Going to Umbra of something like that, known to everyone. Additionaly everyone could have access to ranger & monk powers to train shooting and martial arts if need be.
