| #1ElFlamingoOct 12, 2010 13:37:47 | So even though the name of this sounds like a bad self-help book I'd like to try this out. A while ago in a thread someone made they asked for help making a low level solo for his group. After a bit of working things out, a group of maybe 3 or 4 made a decent monster with a good theme. And that's where this thread came from. I thought that that was a pretty good monster and besides, it was fun to make. Without further text blocks I present you an idea I really hope will catch on, community made thematic solo's. Any questions on how we'll present or any rules we think we should have? |

How to Submit: Just post a reply that includes the level of the solo, some fluff, and maybe it's role if you can think of one. What A Solo Needs Fluff: We're making a bunch of thematic monsters, dudes with names not job titles basically. Maybe it's a Ghoul who was a infamous serial killer or a kobold whose hatred for Elves has made Grummsh smile upon him. This includes the knowledge check. Basics: Hit points, speed, all that jazz. Powers: It's attacks and any aura's or special powers it has. Maybe it has dragon breath, or can shoot electricity out of it's eyes. I don't know, but that's a power. And yea. I hope this is at the very least, less vague. |
