I am writing up an eberron game .
As part of the first adventure, the PCs may well be meeting with a infomation broker in lower Sharn. This infomation broker is a vampire called Marlow.
While this scene will be covered by a skill challange, it is possible that PCs will mess up in a big way. I would very much like to have Marlow fully stated out, should this happen. I also intend to re-use him later.
As some of you may know already, Marlow is the name of the vampire who organises the attack on barrow in '30 days of night'.
The vampires in my game are going to take a lot of insperation for those found in 30 days of Night.
Now that you have a little bit of the infomation, can i ask. What advice can you give for writing up a vampire as an NPC, without using the Vampire Lord template, as i would ideally like to have Marlow be about Lvl 8.
If you had the monster builder I'd suggest using that to reverse engineer a Vampire Lord down to level 8. I'd offer to help more but I can't for the life of me figure out how to post creations for the MB.
