I noticed however, that after DMG2, there kinda was the last place templates were published. We saw a few themes but not a lot of those either. Since we never got a DMG3, i kinda had to BS my way through making templates for the Psionic classes {i haven't had a chance to use any though}. But now with essentials, the bar's been set even higher. I don't know if there's essential class templates in the DMK or Essentials DMG, whatever you wanna call it, cause i don't have it. But I do want to put some essential classes on my monsters without making it too too broken. Does anyone have any advice? Should I just do what "feels right" and give them some, but not all, powers?

Since there isn't much to refer to for readying monsters for Essentials classes (that I've seen at least) that's the best advice I can offer. |
