So I homebrewed an alternate that makes your pact mean more in Heroic tier. Change to Pact Curse. A warlock places a curse dependent on their Pact, which gives damage bonus to any powers from that pact from any Warlock. A single target may only be subject to one Curse at a time, new curses override old curses, otherwise functioning as per the earlier. Example: a Star Pact Warlock places Star Curse on the nearest foe, a goblin. Any warlock casting a Star pact power on the Star Cursed goblin deals additional damage according to their level, but no Fey or Infernal Pact power from any warlock deals additional damage. Thoughts? Comments? potential problems I am not seeing? |
