An idea for a bronze age campaign setting

One old (AD&D) campaign setting of mine I want to convert to 4e is the world of Damathor. It is a realistic bronze age setting, but that is also the reason that the PTB will not like it.
Damathor is a world which had survived a great war among the gods, that lead to the decline of the elder races and the rise of mankind.
The races:
The Dragonborn were created by Tiamat, an old goddess of creation, and they are an evil race.
There a two kind of Dwarves: the scattered hill dwarves who live in small communities across the world and the mountain dwarves with their ancient and hidden mountain fortresses. (Their culture is based on the celts.)
There are two elven realms: the ancient and hidden realm of Eladrin and the young kingdom of Drowet, which adopted much of the culture of one of the eldest human realms, but most elves live free as barbarians in the wilderness.
The Gnomes are a people of philosophs and illusionist. They look like small, slim dwarves with big noses (the original D&D look, not the 4e version).
The Halflings are horse-people, who are feared by every one.
Tieflings were also created during the great war among the gods and are also mostly evil.
Humans have founded many realms and empires. Some are nearly six millenia old and are in decline, others are very young and promissing and many humans live in small barbaric settlements.
Half-elves live everywhere where humans and elves live together. Many slaves in Drowet and Eladrin are half-elves.
Other new races are the Half-Dwarves, the Dwelves and the Aasimar (which are really needed as good counterparts to the Tieflings).

Now some more general things:
- Slavery is common and is not considered evil.
- Clothes are based on real historical items and not on the PG versions which were created by Hollywood.
