Let me know if there's anything that seems out of place/overpowered/underpowered/etc. Arcanissthyr They were once human, before they were strengthened with the power of Dragons. Racial Traits Average Height: 5’ 10” – 6’ 8” Average Weight: 150 – 245 lbs. Ability Scores: +2 Constitution, +2 Intelligence Size: Medium Speed: 6 Squares Vision: Normal Languages: Common, Draconic Skill Bonuses: Arcana, Endurance Bloody Scales: While you are bloodied, you gain Resist 1 to all damage. This increases to Resist 2 at Level 11 and Resist 3 at Level 21. This resistance is not cumulative with any other sources of resistance you have. Fearless Mind: You can make a saving throw against fear effects at the beginning of your turn. If you do so, then you do not make any saving throws at the end of your turn. Bloodied Retaliation: You gain the Bloodied Retaliation power.
