This is my first attempt at creating a homebrew race. I'd appreciate feedback on the balance of the race and feats, as well as any ideas for the race's flavour, feats and possibly paragon path. Contents 1. Contents & Overview 2. Racial Stats - finished! (probably) 3. Flavour - just a template right now 4. Feats and other Options - currently some heroic and paragon tier feats 5. Other - reserved Overview The Avern are a race of small, secluded creatures that live high on mountain cliffs. I haven't really figured that much about their flavour. I started building this race purely mechanically and moved on from there.
