My take on the bard for 4e.

While I agree it is an intergral part of Dungeons and Dragons, I don't agree that it should be a base class. To me the Bard has always struck me as a what is essentially a paragon path (or back in the old days an advanced class or some such). I propose to make the bard a paragon path intended for rogues and warlords, but open to anyone who is charismatic enough.

Over the next few days I plan to flesh out a full paragon path for the Bard and post it here, but today I am much too busy. i just wanted to jot my ideas down so I don't forget/misplace them. (forgot im in gen ed classes for my last semester, so i got work done)

Paticularly worried about two things.

level 11 encounter. too much?

The ability to gain more action points, and the ability to use action points for a new purpose in the same class? too much?
