First submisssion ever... What do you think of this paragon path?

BLADE MASTER
Any Martial Class

You have sought perfecion in your mastery of your blade. For a long time you have been pitched against one foe after another and finally you have learned mastery of your weapon. In your hands it is no longer just a tool but rather an extention of yourself. You are a master and your exploits are turning into stuff of legends. However you are not satisfied but continually strive to seek out challanges that can offer new insights on how to further improve you swordmanship.

The same perfection that you seek in yourself also applies to finding the perfect weapon to wield. You seek out only the best of artisans and master craftsmen. Only weapons of the highest quality and exotic materials catch your eye.

Whatever agenda you may have or what your motivations are, you are an inspiration to all studens of the blade once they learn who you are. Your reputation preceeds you and some even go so far as to claim to be you. The imposters tend to follow the same philosophy as you and are partly responsible for the variety of tales beeing spread, that you have been "killed" dozens of times to that you can appear at many places at once.

In the end it is only you that is the true master and most will recognize it when they see it in your eyes.

BLADE MASTER FEATURES

Blade mastery (11th level):
You gain critical strike on a 19-20 with your melee weapon of choise. If it is a superior weapon it also gains the high crit feature.

Quick action (11th level):
When you or an ally are targeted by a power you can choose to spend an action point, your action gained by the action point gains the immediate interrupt keyword until the beginning of your next turn. You have combat advantage against the triggering enemy.

Unexpected Angle (16th level):
When using a daily power you can attempt to use Blade Masters Feint to gain advantage over your opponent or opponents for the attack.

It seems your overanxious... it has only passed a little more than 9 hours from the first post to your second.

I think it's basically fine. I'll just especify in Blade mastery, that weapon of choice must be a blade.

Is this intended to be for light, heavy or both kinds of blade?

I'm afraid I see several issues with it. I will primarily address the things as written, not so much what the intent may have been.

Blade Mastery: First of all it applies to all weapons, not just blades as written. It's also awkward and overpowered to make superior weapons automatically high crit. If a player wants his character to use a better weapon for a feat, he already does so with the superior weapon in general.

Quick Action: I can see what you're trying to do, but that's just too vague and thus powerful. It also changes too many rules, because normally there is no way to use Action Points on other people's turns (page 286 "You can spend an action point only during your turn"). It's much better to make some separate power as an immediate interrupt than trying to just turn any power in the world into an interrupt.

Unexpected Angle: Also doesn't follow rules and breaks all kinds of normal ways of doing things. You can't make immediate actions on your own turn. A minor action or free action would be the only ways to really do such a thing. It's also kind of unnecessary to always grant combat advantage for free.

Adaptable Strike: also doesn't follow conventions, as far as I know there's no such thing as a "reliable" encounter power. I'd say the intent still puts it on the strong side, but there is some precedence with a swordmage paragon path with a similar ability aside from the reliable part.

Combat Awareness: Bursts come and go, if you want a permanent effect it's more like "Enemies within 5 don't gain the benefits of concealment from you." It then seeks to do too many things by denying combat advantage and general attack penalties.

Heart Strike: Actually seems pretty normal. Not sure the flavor and name fit, but that's not important.

Overall, if you adjust the powers based on intent, it's a drastically overpowered paragon path. You should compare the abilities with other such options. I also think the concept is covered decently by the Fighter's Kensei or Swordmaster paragon paths.

First of all: spellcheck and grammar check. You want people to read your writing, show some courtesy. It's the same as wearing a clean shirt to a date.

Blade Master's Feint is in a slot for an encounter attack power, but it's not actually an attack.

Blade mastery grants too much bonus stuff on top of an already good power. Delete the "high crit for superior" part. Limit the weapon choice to a heavy blade or light blade to match the PP name.

Quick Action is confusing and too powerful. Change it to "You can spend an action point to make a melee basic attack as an immediate interrupt against an enemy who attacks you, instead of gaining an extra action." is still very good.

Adaptable Strike
"Special: This power always target the creatures weakest defence." is a definite NO.
The best I'd grant is an attack where you can choose to attack Ref or Fort. Also, I think only daily powers can be reliable.

Combat Awareness is sick. Point me to any PP that has a similar ability at 12th level. Pick one of "do not grant combat advantage" OR "negate all penalties to attacks" OR truesight OR tremorsense and make that the ability. The way it is written, I'd never allow that on the table.

Heart Strike: The effect is a definite NO. Either the attack is weaken (save ends) or weaken (until end of next turn every time you hit until end of encounter), but definitely not what you wrote.

Here's what it looks like after sanity checks are applied:

BLADE MASTER FEATURES

Blade mastery (11th level):
Choose one type of light or heavy blade. You can make critical hits on a roll of 19 or 20 with that type of blade.

Quick action (11th level):
When an adjacent enemy attacks your or an ally, you can spend an action point to make a melee basic attack against that enemy as an immediate interrupt.

Blade Master's Feint (16th level):
You can use the feint maneuver of the Bluff skill as a minor action once per encounter. You regain that ability when you use your second wind.

BLADE MASTER POWERS

Adaptable Strike Blade Master Attack 11
A strike that seek out the monsters weakness.
Encounter * Martial, Weapon
Standard Action Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity or Strength vs. Fort, Ref or Will
Hit: 2[w] + Strength or Dexterity modifer damage.
Special: Choose the defense you wish to attack before making the attack.

Combat Awareness Blade Master Utility 12
You become aware of all enemies that threatens you.
Daily * Martial, Stance
Minor Action Close Burst 5
Effect: You suffer penalties to attacks from monster powers, or the prone, marked and restrained conditions.

Heart Strike Blade Master Attack 20
You strike at the creatures heart or most vunerable point weakening its attack potential
Daily * Martial, Weapon
Standard Action Melee weapon
Attack: Dexterity or Strength vs. AC
Hit: 3[w] + Dexterity or Strength modifier damage.

It's really better written and now makes a lot more sense. Now, i'm considering it to use it for my character.

Thanks for the Feedback!
And have made some adjustments...

Quick action became quick recation instead.
And the feint move got redesigned to be better balanced.
Adaptable strike is no longer reliable or auto targets but has a +2 to hit, damage was reduced (untill Level 21).
Combat awareness now does what I empicted without beeing too overpowered.
Heart strike no longer is weakened (save ends).

Hope that you like the changes.
