Coined Armour: This Leather Hauberk is covered in some 2000 Bronze Coins which are sewn on. It is only worn by the Children of Wealthy Families who are not of Noble Families. It provides Armour protection of Leather +1 against blunt weapons and Weighs Leather + 2000cn (Leather+40lb).

Recurring Villian: This bandit leader is also the son of a wealthy family.  His family is in the business of organized crime.  Whenever the PCs turn him over to the (corrupt) authorities, he will inevitably be freed and told to get the heck outta Dodge.  If he should be turned over to honest authorities, he will stay in jail until an extradition request (back to the corrupt town) is presented.*  He is supposed to be expanding the family business "across state lines", but he's not very good at it.  He prefers to rob for easy cash and spend the money on an idle life, rather than building up an organization.  At some point - probably after he costs them a lot of money and prestige and bad publicity - the family will cut their ties and let him sink or swim on his own. * The Joker never stays in the insane asylum, either.  This guy and his connections work like that. 3.
