I am an idiot when it comes to using mapping software, and I just want to have my campaign map done if I can either describe or send in a crude drawn map. Of course, I would expect to have to resonably pay for such a service. Anyone have any idea where I could find this?

Head over to the Cartographers Guil; they even have a special froum for mapmaking requests:

Use that instead. Any idiot can use it. Even me. :D I'm actually planning on using it, once I have the money to purchase the Full License and the Alternate art pack, to create an entire campaign world in 30mi hexes. 1 day of travel on foot per hex essentially.
