Cantrips for other power sources

I have developed cantrips for other power sources, based on the wizard class feature and the "wild talents" from Dark Sun Campaign Setting.  The cantrips are similar to each other, flavored for each power source:  Arcane, Divine, Primal, Psionic, and Shadow.

What I'm wondering is if I should make them available without regard to classes within a power source.  Ie, a wizard would be still have his cantrips as a class feature, but a warlock would be able to take a feat that would let him access the wizard's cantrips (say 3 of his choice).  Should the warlock first have to take a wizard multiclass feat first?  or would it be sufficient for him to take the "cantripist" feat (my term)?  I'm certain that in order to access any cantrips from another power source, he'd have to take a multiclass feat (such as a fighter multiclassing as a wizard, or a druid multicalssing as an invoker).

Also, shouldn't all controller classes (Wizard, Invoker, Druid, Psion, and Binder (from Heros of Shadow)), have cantrips as a class feature?  Just makes sense to me.

Please PEACH.  Thanks in advance.

Cantrips don't seem inherent to Controllers to me, and personally I'd allow a Feat with "prerequisite: Power Source X" to get access to all of them (and Wizards getting it for free).

In this case it's in part because I allow Multiclass characters to qualify for Powersource requirements, though. You might want to specify that in the Feat if you disagree (or if I'm wrong on that regard, I'm not sure)

Good idea...Maybe something like this...

Feat:  Arcane Cantripist
Tier:  Heroic
Prerequisite:  Arcane class OR Arcane multiclass

Choose up to three at-wil arcane cantrips OR one encounter cantrip.  You can use those cantrips.

Special:  You can take this feat more than once.  If you do, choose three different at-wil cantrips or one different encounter cantrip.

Ghost Sound, Light, Mage Hand, and Prestidigitation are the same as for wizards, though they may be slightly reflavored for each power source (Prestidigitation, for example, is renamed Sparks and Shadows for the Shadow power source).

Other at-will cantrips include:  Body Equilibrium (maintaining your balance, no matter what your position, useful for negotiating difficult terrain); Far Hearing/Clairaudience; Direction sense; a cantrip that creates simple tools for a job, like a screwdriver or a wrench; Object projection, which allows you to teleport a small object a short distance; Sensing Eye/Clairvoyance; and Disrupt Undead, from Heroes of Shadow.

Encounter cantrips include Suggest, from Heroes of the Fallen Kingdom; and Spook, from Heroes of Shadow.

Unless otherwise stated, these cantrips cannot directly deal damage, although they can be used for combat purposes:  for example, using a Light cantrip right in front of the face of someone who has low-light vision, rendering them blind for a moment and giving you or an ally the opportunity to attack them.  Or a fighter with a Wizard multiclass using Prestidigitation to create bursts of light or sparks in a combat zone to disrupt an enemy's movements, setting them up to be struck down by allies, effectively controlling the battlefield.
