These are really rough drafts of it though.

Racial Mimicry - During short/extended rest choose a member in your party. You may use their racial power or changeling trick once per encounter. You may choose another party member each short/extended rest.

Adaptable Shapeshifting - You may now use the shapeshift power to become a small or large humaniod as well as a medium. If you become a large creature you are still treated as being medium.

Amorphous Shapeshifting - You assume a liquid-like form and gain phasing during a move action like this.

Amorphous shifting is intended to allow you to pass through various obstacles, but not through a solid wall.

How would Racial mimicry work with powers that make you select an Ability?

It sounds like fun for Paragon, but that part is odd.

As for Amorpheus shifting, instead of giving "phasing", consider giving "can squeeze as a Tiny creature" so you cannot go through solid walls without any strange restrictions required.

It's the same ability Oozes have.

When you choose the ability you choose the stat.

Here is another..

Natural Linguist - You can speak/write any language except Abyssel/Superal.

Thats based off their old 3.5 version, were they pretty much could. Not sure how to write it better though to make it a little more balanced.

And the squeezing one works.

Maybe you can only speak and write languages of your allies?

I like these! Perhaps a more elegant way of handling some of your ideas (such as linguistics), would be a series of feats pertaining to a favored form. This would allowe you to choose a race, limited class feature, language, etc. This could be a series of feats, each granting you new abilities of a favored form, or a single feat that can be taken more than once, each time offering a small boon. I see no reason this would need to restrict the player to choosing one favored form. I don't know, it sounded easier in my head.

For my Hero Artisan entry, I created this:

Efficient Form
Prerequisites: Doppelganger
Benefit: You gain +2 feat bonus to Endurance checks.
You only require one quarter the water and food of a normal doppelganger.

Since the EPG wasn't allowed it used the Doppelganger rules from the MM.  I reflavored it as a sand creature called a Sandling.  The feat is designed for Desert living.

Problem with feats is even if you allow them to have multiple favored forms, the player would only really pick up one. For a changeling, especially one wanting to be a chameleon, its about having multiple forms and being able to deal with anything and everything along the way.

Which gives me an Idea..

Adaptable feat: Choose another player of a different race, and a racial feat that player has during an extended rest. You gain that feat until your next extended rest as long as the player is there for the entire extended rest. If you don't select a racial feat a player has during an extended rest, you instead gain an additional +2 bonus bluff checks when under effect of your shapeshifting power until your next extended rest.

Basically, you get to temporarly have a racial feat another player in your party has. If no one has any, you instead just get another +2 bluff check for your changeling disguse or whatever. (I don't have the Character builder with me)

Basically these feats are all about adapability. You can overcome any situation via your shapechanging powers. There is a number of more feats I've just found in races of Ebberon from 3.5 that i hadn't seen before.
