Aug 02, 2009 11:50:17 this is hilarious. minor formatting issue with "yer a nice guy," in that it is labelled as a melee power. also, unclear if the recharge is a close burst targeting one creature in burst, a single-target ranged attack, or a blast.

Now i'll have to mess with the monster builder more. Need to work up some odd monsters to toss at my players.

Should be things like, "and the target is stunned." Also, the status effects have no duration. How long are you stunned or immobilized? Until the end of his next turn? Save ends? End of the encounter? Forever?
