Class Focus feats (PEACH)

Class Focus feats are intended as an alternative to multiclass feats. They count as multiclass feats for all purposes related to limitations on the number of multiclass feats: that is to say, in most cases a character who chooses to multiclass may not take a class focus feat, and a class focused character may not multiclass. Bards are the only current exception.

Some examples: I'd love suggestions on powers for each class.
Fighter Class Focus: Once per encounter you may make a combat challenge attack as a free action (rather than an interrupt). You still may not make the attack on your own turn.

Rogue Class Focus: Once per encounter you may add your sneak attack damage when you do not have combat advantage.

Avenger Class Focus: Once per encounter you may roll three times, rather than twice, while attacking your Oath of Enmity target.

Wizard Class Focus: Once per day you may perform a ritual without spending the requisite gold cost. This may not be applied to any item creation rituals.

Divine classes Class Focus: You gain an additional 1/day use of Channel Divinity. This use may be expended even after you've exhausted your normal 1/encounter limit.

Mastering Focus:
Prerequisite: Class Focus in your class
Benefit: You gain an additional at-will power from your class.

Singleminded Training:
Prerequisite: Class Focus in your class
Benefit: Choose a single ability score that is a primary score for your class (eg. Strength or Charisma for paladins). All of your class attack rolls (only attack rolls, not damage or secondary effects) now key off this power.*

*This might sound very powerful, but I've been playing like this in game for a while and haven't seen any detriment to it yet except that paladins, warlocks, and rangers are more variable.

I like Mastering Focus, but it should be a Paragon feat. Also, it should read "first-level at-will attack power" to avoid misreadings. I'd also remove the class focus requirement, and replace it with a more simple "not multiclassed".

I'm underwhelmed by the focus feats, though. Once per encounter combat challenge as free action? Kind of boring and very situational. Not worth a feat, let alone one that costs you the ability to multiclass.

Wizard class focus should reduce the time to cast rituals, not the gold cost. But then, I'd rather see this as a general feat available to anyone with Ritual Casting.

Avenger Class Focus is just too much rerolling. Instead of piling on that heap even more, I'd rather give them something to boost their censures. Or allow them to use their oath of enmity reroll even if more than one enemy is adjacent once per encounter, that would be useful.

The Rogue one is just meh, the whole point of being a rogue is to find ways to get CA / sneak attack, and not to find ways to ignore that requirement.

You know what would be really really useful? Allow single-classed characters to get the benefits of more than one build. For example, allow a rogue to gain both the Brutal Scoundrel and the Artful Dodger benefits. Or a swordmage to choose between putting a Shielding or an Assault Aegis on an opponent. Or a Paladin to use his Lay on Hands as Ardent Vow instead. That would *definitely* be worth a multiclass feat.
