Ok, just two cleric feats I thought up. Lemme know what you think

Gifted Healer
Prerequisite: Cleric, Wis 16
Benefit: Instead of being limited to 2 Healing Word's per encounter, you can now use a number of Healing Surge's equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Battlefied Medic

Prerequisite: Cleric
Benefit: During the heat of battle you can swap one of your encounter abilities to be able to use Healing Word instead.

I'd say that with the Cleric Powers avaiable if you really want to make a pure healer, there's plenty of powers avaiable already (you can choose a healing power almost every time you gain a new power).

Anyway. On gifted healer, don't make the prerequisite the same as the stat to benefit from it. Have the number of healing words derive from Charisma instead which will make this a little harder to capitalize on.
On battlefield medic, you are probably trying to emulate spontaneous casting of cure spells here. If it is limited to one use per battle, it's probably not too strong. However I guess, it will usually be a bad trade for the player since many Cleric powers heal AND do damage at the same time.

The first one is definitely way too powerful. A feat that multiplies your healing by roughly 1.5 - 2.5 is entirely out of line with feat power. A Healing Focus feat that was built like Weapon Focus would probably be in line with the power curve (+1 to healing given at Heroic, +2 at Paragon, +3 at Epic).

The second one also feels too powerful, but might be reasonable if it were a Channel Divinity feat. That would limit it to once per encounter and use up your Channel Divinity.

An additional problem with the first feat is that it doesn't account for the progression built into the power (you can use it 3 times at level 16). Regardless, it's still too powerful for a feat.

The second feat is interesting - not really unbalanced, since as a Cleric you can load up your encounter powers with healing effects anyways - most of which are better. I would definately make it a Paragon tier feat, and the Channel Divinity option may be worth considering too.
