Concept for a Primal class Epic Destiny

It's no surprise that many of the Primal epic destinies revolve around ascending to become some manner of spirit - it's quite logical, given that these are classes who acquire their power from their union with the spirits of nature. However, while there are quite a few varities, from becoming an avatar of the Primal Beast to a guardian spirit of the World Tree to an embodiment of nature's wrath, there's one area that I think has been lacking.

And that is to become a spirit of a natural feature. Correct me if I am wrong, please, but there are no Epic Destinies to become one with the land in a given area or to become the Grandfather Tree of a forest or to go to your rest and become a brand new mountain, now are there?

This doesn't feel right to me. After all, the Primal source has from its beginnings, even way back before there was an officially recognized Primal Power Source, been about being at one with nature, with the spirits that arise from forests, mountains, rivers and other places. Why shouldn't an epic tier Primal character, already walking away from humanity into the company of the spirits, strive to meld totally with the world and truly make a change to the face of the world? The Warden has, since it first appeared in the PHB2, had the Verdant Lord paragon path - why shouldn't an epic tier Warden become a Forest Father, eventually forsaking to walk amongst the mortals when he can instead put down roots and raise towards the sky as the mightiest of all trees, from his seeds coming a vast and verdant new forest, one over which his spirit will reign and defend - and perhaps even wake, should its needs be great enough?

And so, I come here for people's opinion. Could 4e really pull off a "Genius Loci" type epic destiny - or perhaps even multiple epic destinies relating to certain specific types of "natural feature" a Primal character can become? If so... how so?

I guess it could work. Once you finish your quest you go off and put down roots, so do speak. Few ideas that come to mind, a defender/tough guy destiny that turns you into a mountain, a leadery one where you summon up trees and eventually become a tree and grow a forest around you. And a highly moblie one water related, lots of shifts and ignoring difficult terrain, at the end becoming a springĀ  that creates a large river. Could do lightning/thunder one that turns you into a storm that stays in one place. Locals could give you offering to gurantee good weather for harvest and so on.

Thank you for that sign of support.

So, does anyone else have any interest in this? I'm sure it can work, I'm just... not very sure how to pull it off.
