Tought I would share some Condition Cards I made recently since I have just started spending some more time over here. Have a look and let me know what you think. If you use them, let me know how they were received - how well they worked for you, etc.

You can download them here (Free PDF)

Here is a screenshot of one of the two pages...

I really like these - especially the little iconic figure on each one. :-)

Thanks!

Yes, I have been hearing that - those little figures seem to be pretty popular. I thought it would be kind of funny to find ways to use them to represent the conditions ;)

Thanks!
Those beat the pants off the text-only cards I made.

Thanks! Glad to see they are of use ;)

I'm working up some new Ongoing Damage cards today as well as a second version of my Companion Character Sheet!

very, very nice.
I see WotC ripping this idea any minute now.
(please, WotC? because my color printer is broke ... ;) )

one small remark: dazed: I would use dark gray for the third item and saying '1 action' ...

now for a way to indicate ongoing & until end of next turn ...

Yea, but then it would stray from the rest and could be confusing - these were meant to be VERY simple. Not a bad idea, it just goes outside of the primary goal a hair.

I have another page that contains the rest of the conditions as well as some "ongoing damage" cards. You can grab them via the same link at the top.

For on-going damage cards, and others with non-static details, be sure to leave lots of room for people to write in the details. Then, if they are laminated, people can write specifics on them easily, wipe em off when they are done, and they will be 100% reusable.

Yea, this was something I heard on some other sites as well (ENW, RPGnet, etc) as far as laminating and allowing for more room etc.

Thanks for the input, I really should get those done, hehe.

Hi Mikew,

These look nice I plan on trying these during our next session.  Got frustrated using magnetic markers since we kept knocking over figures and forgeting what the markers were for.

I would like to see check boxs that you can mark (like OldGuyGaming) mentions:

Save Ends:
Until end of next turn:
Until Start of next Turn:
Until End of ___________'s turn:
End of encounter:
While Bloodied/Not Bloodied
etc.

Also in addition to these perhaps some benificial conditions as well:

Regeneration, resist damage, vulnerbility, bonus/penelty to hit/damage/defense/saves.

These rock and are going to replace the text based index cards I've been using. More compact, look better, and probably fit into card sleeves?

This surprises me in no way.

They are pretty cool cards.

I was thinking about this as well. Some beneficial condition cards might be helpful, especially for newer players.

I really like the little icons you've used. Did you create them yourself? I'd love to get more like them.
